Our Engineering & Fitment

We work directly with naval architects, project managers, and yard teams to ensure the tank fits the space, the installation is practical, and the documentation is clear

These are our steps:
Design Review
Confirmation of geometry, access, serviceability, and mounting strategy
Fittings Map
Complete mapping of positions, threads, clearances, hose runs, vent routing
Revision Control
Drawing sign-off before fabrication; changes tracked, scope-creep controlled
Build-to-Last
ISO-10088 & ISO-2148 aligned testing and rigourous quaiity control, testing reports and installation support

Snapshot of Our Completed Projects

8m Catamaran Auxiliary Tank build

Every tank we build has one job - fit perfectly and arrive with the proof, a yard needs to sign off and move on. This auxiliary unit for yard's catamaran was engineered to the exact hull envelope we received, so guesswork and extra on-site modification were non-existent.

Its key points were:

  • 5083-H111 marine-grade aluminium with material certification tied to the compliance pack
  • Bolted inspection hatch for easy internal access, so serviceability post-install is effortless
  • ISO 10088 / ISO 21487 aligned and pressure tested, signed test certificates were issued at dispatch
  • Critical compliance pack with drawing rev history, QA traveler, weld records, and traceability summary

15m Yacht Complete Fuel System with Dual Tanks

A 15m yacht demands more than a tank and couple of fuel lines. It demands a proper system! Our dual 400L units, fully baffled, routed for engine room service access, and delivered with every document a surveyor or owner's rep will imagine of.

Its key points were:

  • Dual 400L units matched in pair, CAD-designed to identical geometry for balanced fuel load management, and easy serviceability

  • Complex baffle geometry  with internal baffles engineered to suppress surge loads at speed and in any seaway conditions

  • Integrated sender mounts with calibrated sender provision and inspection ports fitted per already- defined fitting schedule

  • Pressure tested and certified with signed test certificate issued; install checklist and photo sign-off required for warranty activation

Trawler Complete Fuel System Refit

Original 450L steel tank showed internal corrosion and pitting after long 18 years of exploitation. No original drawings existed or where lost at sea. Who know?! Yard needed drop-in replacements, and fast. Everything needed to be fitted, tested, and documented before the vessel's next survey window, which was in a month!

Its key points were:

  • Photo-based intake  with full envelope and fitting positions, that were reverse-modeled from provided space photos
  • Critical-dimension verification with confirmed hatch clearance, vent routing, and pickup positions before fabrication even began
  • Matched fitting schedule consisting of fill, vent, dual pickups, return, and sender provisions replicated to existing plumbing interfaces
  • Pressure tested and certified materials with signed test certificate, QA traveler, and material certs issued before dispatch

Yacht & Boat Builders

We supply drawing-driven aluminium tanks with repeatable fabrication quality and predictable lead times. So production schedules are air-tight and QA sign-off is never the bottleneck. Every delivery includes a documentation pack built to match your internal standards.

Refit & Repair Shipyards

We engineer replacement tanks to exact existing constraints - geometry, access, removal path, and fitting interfaces with a fast clarification loop that keeps your haul-out window intact. No guesswork, no rework, no blame-shifting.

Industries We Serve

Making fuel systems for professional teams safer and projects more predictable, one install-ready tank at a time.

Naval Architects

We work to your specification from day one. Revision-controlled drawings, a clear fittings schedule, and written technical sign-off at every approval gate. If the envelope changes, we flag it before we cut it.

Tender Manufacturers

Compact geometries, tight weight budgets, and premium finish expectations are our default, not an exception we charge extra for. We maintain small-series consistency across repeat builds so every unit leaves to the same standard as the first.

Ready to Build with Certainty?

Submit your project details and we'll return a technical review and fixed quote within 48–72 hours of receiving a complete intake.
No back-and-forth. No vague estimates.
